<a href="http://no-cellulite.info/">Reduce Cellulite</a>

um no cellulite is fat cells. its just te nice medical way of saying it so you get them sucked out by a surgen. your over weight so exercise. walking is the best fat buring way. goto womens health, fitness mag, even good moring america (dot) coms for some websites.
sit-ups squats. leg bends WALKING (it burns the most colories) well help alot. that little flab you have on the back of your legs tummy back of the arms. you tend to collect it there because you dont use the muscles there as much. theres also some skin excerise you can do to help the skin form back and helps with old age wrinks . using a water based moisterizer and really just streaching your skin (rubbing it) will help / strt with a slow walk around the block a day and work up to a brisk walk for a mile in a month or so. you will start to see things tighten up (you may get some muscle mass depending on your body type) dont forget to take 10 -20 minutes to work that upper body. push ups on a wall or your knees should be fine. and stretching before and afterwards, just remember all this can help with a proper diet

<a href="http://no-cellulite.info/">Reduce Cellulite</a>

The Nivea Lotion doesn't reduce or remove cellulite, it basically works as a firming cream to make your legs/thighs look less jiggly.

Sorry, to get rid of cellulite, the best way is the old fashion way... working out! Try using an elliptical machine, they will tone your thigh muscles (usually where cellulite is most noticeable) in a short period time if you are committed to weekly use.

Try getting a bike,,it will tone up your thighs and the skin will tighten making the cellulite not as prominant,,plus another advantage would be your bum will get firmer too,,after a few weeks you could crack walnuts between those thighs

Nope, no way. Cellulite is fat that gets stored in the connective tissues of your body. Women's bodies show this cellulite more than men's. Cream will never take fat away. It might somehow reduce the "appearance" of cellulite, but I haven't heard of an effective one so far.

The only way to get rid of fat on your body is to do it the old-fashioned way, sorry to say. In addition to improving your diet, here are some exercises that are pretty good at doing that:

Take care and good luck!
